make bono history
bono is the ultimate hypocrite. on the one hand he accuses rich countries of not allocating enough public funds to help finance debt relief for poor nations (through his 'make poverty history' campaign), on the other hand, bono and his band are moving a part of the band's business from ireland to amsterdam where the tax rates on royalty earnings are extremely low. it's all so much easier for bono to be a philanthropist with other people's money...
now that he's invested in forbes magazine, the bible of capitalism, maybe he'll stop hanging around politicians and will leave us all alone

He may be a hypocrite, but at least he does not keep the money for himself like the rest of us!
@mechanicalcrowds: i don't think you got my point. he's moving money to amsterdam, to pay less taxes, to precisely keep more money for himself. his philanthropy is based on other people's money, not his.
