Στο Ιράν δεν ήταν που... μαστιγώσανε την εθνική ομάδα ποδοσφαίρου σε έναν αγώνα που έχασε;
Νόμιζα ότι στο Ιράκ είχε γίνει το άλλο: ότι η εθνική τους κάπου είχε νικήσει και στη χώρα τους τιμήθηκαν ως 'άξιοι υπερασπιστές του Ισλάμ'! Μήπως έγινε εκείνο στο Ιράν ; Μιας και φαίνεται να ξέρεις από μπάλα ίσως μπορείς να γράψεις κάτι παραπάνω.
Πιθανώς, δηλαδή, να έγινε στο Ιράν, μιας και ο Σαντάμ στο Ιράκ προωθούσε το κοσμικό κράτος.
γενικώς στον αθλητικό χώρο στο ιρακ επί hussein επικρατούσε η χρήση των βασανιστηριων. ο γιος του hussein, ο uday, ήταν πρόεδρος της ολυμπιακής επιτροπής της χώρας και αυτός τα έκανε αυτά στους ποδοσφαιριστές και σε άλλους αθλητες. μάλιστα μετά την εισβολή από τις ηπα βρέθηκε στο υπόγειο του κτιρίου της ολυμπιακής επιτροπής "a sarcophagus, with long nails pointing inward from every surface, including the lid, so victims could be punctured and suffocated. another device, was a metal framework designed to clamp over a prisoner's body, with footrests at the bottom, rings at the shoulders and attachment points for power cables, so the victim could be hoisted and subjected to electric shocks". αυτά μεταξύ χιλιάδων άλλων ήταν τα καλά του ιράκ επί hussein!
