Pretty good... especially when you think that the book is mentioned in the blog of someone who has often described a lot of (if not all) things in Greece with a decidedly negative angle, from politics to society in general.

I mean you certainly wouldn't live there if you actually thought there weren't any good things about Greece, would you?

phantasmak, i hate to disappoint you but i would very gladly leave greece but it's a bit difficult for me now to do so. having said that, greece has some beautiful landscape, some beautiful places to stay, and some nice places to go. i also have some wonderful greek friends here in greece.
that doesn't mean it's good to live here; it's just good to visit for vacation (assuming you don't get ripped off...).

That's quite an interesting point of view, pinky. Maybe you wish to discuss it further with a post. I mean, why you don't enjoy your staying in Greece.:-)

Thanks Pinky, I am glad you like my Book.
p.s I live in Greece too, and I have to agree on some points with you.
It is a very difficult culture to establish yourselves.(for Greeks and xenos!)On the other hand are a lot of the Greeks wonderful people.
That Greece is a beautiful country has not to be sad. It would be even better if the Greeks where not such pigs, throwing there garbage everywhere they feel like it.
